Before I started my education at the Scuola Mosaicisti I worked as an online manager at a medical manufacturer. On my last day of work which I associate with a real new start the wife of the CEO smiled at me and said:
“Mrs. Bastisch, you do realize that your final mosaic at school must be the company logo?”
This was almost a year ago. But I did not want to wait until the training is over. Because until then, I would certainly be working on many other projects. So I completed the work during my free hours in Spilimbergo.
A few days ago, I have sent the “commissioned” mosaic made of smalts and marble. And if you look at the smiling faces of my former colleagues, I think the surprise was a great success.
